Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. You can expect Easykartindia to process your warranty claim within 5 days.

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Easykartindia will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
MILITARY ADDRESS SHIPPING
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
ITEM OUT OF STOCK
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.
DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates, made available by the shipping provider.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Easykartindia at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
If you change your mind before you receive your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

'In Stock:- For items listed as "In Stock", Sellers will mention the delivery time based on your location pin code (usually 2-3 business days,
4-5 business days, or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered
Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
'AVAILABLE':- The Seller might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed for the item. The delivery time will depend on
the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location.
'PRE-ORDER' OR 'FORTHCOMING':- Such items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day
of its official release launch and will reach you in 2 to 6 business days. The Pre-order duration varies from item to item. Once known, the release time
and date are mentioned. (Eg. 5th May, August 3rd week)
' OUT OF STOCK ':- Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know once it is available for purchase.

Note: Each item in your order is sold by the merchant that the item is specified as sold by ("Merchant").
Those items for shipment to countries outside of India may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). Easykart India, as a service to the Merchant, will charge You an amount that represents the estimated total Import Fees along with other charges, including shipping fees (the "Import Charge") applicable to the items in Your order for shipment to destinations outside of India.
You authorize Amazon (as a service provider to the Merchant) or Merchant to designate a carrier ("Designated Carrier") to act as Your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear Your items, and to process and remit Import Fees for such items.
You further agree that the Designated Carrier may disclose to Amazon or the applicable Merchant the number of actual Import Fees levied on the item(s) You have purchased from that Merchant.
The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is legally responsible for all Import Fees. The Import Charge will be used to cover the Import Fees and Amazon and/or Merchant will not impose additional charges on You or the recipient with regard to applicable Import Fees.
To obtain details regarding the Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Designated Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation.
Note: These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard Conditions of Use of the Marketplace. Pursuant to those terms, title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in India.
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering through Marketplace, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to the Designated Carriers or to other third parties, and such information may be communicated to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
